Digital IMAX opens in Wilmington, NC

Regal Mayfaire Stadium 16‘s new IMAX auditorium opens Friday with “Prometheus” in 3D, according to a Regal Entertainment Group news release.

The theater at 900 Town Center Drive at Mayfaire Town Center will showcase films through a newly installed IMAX digital projection system, specially-designed IMAX screen and a powerful audio system with laser-aligned digital sound.
