GSCA conference to include industry premiere of 3D Entertainment Distribution’s Kenya 3D: Animal Kingdom

August 24, 2012—The Giant Screen Cinema Association (GSCA) is pleased to announce 3D Entertainment Distribution will sponsor this year’s GSCA Members Luncheon. 3D Entertainment Distribution is a Premier Level sponsor of the association’s annual International Conference and Trade Show, which will be held September 18-20 at the Esquire IMAX Theatre in Sacramento, California.

“In conjunction with the exciting industry premiere of Kenya 3D: Animal Kingdom, I am thrilled to increase our sponsorship to the Premier Level for this year’s GSCA Conference in Sacramento,” said Francois Mantello, Chairman and CEO of 3D Entertainment Distribution. “This significant financial involvement is an indication to the GSCA’s board of directors and executive team of our Company’s unswerving commitment to making this the strongest film market to date.”

“We are excited to have 3D Entertainment Distribution as Premier sponsors of this year’s conference,” said GSCA Executive Director Tammy Thurmon. “Their generous support will help ensure another successful giant screen industry event.”

3D Entertainment Distribution is the theatrical sales and marketing arm of 3D Entertainment Films, a vertically integrated company founded in 2001 and focused on the production, post-production, sales, and distribution of innovative 3D films for IMAX theatres and Digital 3D cinemas worldwide. In 2010, the company successfully launched its first acquisition, the USD 17 million-grossing Sea Rex 3D: Journey to a Prehistoric World, which was named Best Earth Sciences Program at the 2011 Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival. To follow up on this year’s Air Racers 3D, narrated by Paul Walker, the next film in the Company’s current line-up to be released will be Kenya 3D: Animal Kingdom (March 1, 2013). The Company has offices in London (UK), Los Angeles (California) and Paris (France). For more information, please visit http://www.3DEfilms.com.
