Next Euromax to be held at Lucerne’s Swiss Museum of Transport

Euromax will hold its next meeting in Lucerne, Switzerland, at the Swiss Transport Museum on March 21-23, 2010. The meeting will begin late afternoon on Sunday, March 21, and finish by noon on Tuesday, March 23. New films will be shown both in 15/70 2D and in digital 3D or 2D. Screenings have been confirmed so far for Arabia and Magic Journey to Africa, and a preliminary schedule will be posted on the Euromax website before Christmas, depending on the feedback from distributors and producers.
The Grand Hotel Europe, the official hotel for the event, is a 15-minute walk or 5-minute bus ride to the museum. February 15 is the deadline to register for the meeting, and February 26 is the deadline to book hotel reservations.

Euromax was founded as an association in 1989. It seeks to further cooperation and support between European giant screen theaters and bring together European groups who are producing films for that medium or servicing the industry in some way.
