Kansas’ Warren Theatre considers IMAX screen

The Wichita City Council on Tuesday will consider a letter of intent to issue $16 million in industrial revenue bonds for an addition to the 21st Street Warren Theatre, including a new IMAX screen.
According to city documents, the bonds would cover the new 600-seat IMAX theater, refurbishing the existing facility and refinancing $8.8 million in existing loans on the facility.
